As a user, to change your existing password, use the ‘Reset Password’ functionality. It is important to note that, for the 'Reset Password' functionality to work, a password must already be set by you or your administrator.
SSO Password Reset -
You can reset your password by following these instructions:
- Click the Need Help Logging In? link and choose Reset Password
- Enter your email address
- Click the Reset button in the email and follow the prompts. For additional information, see page 1 of this guide.
