How Do I Reset My Password?

To log into the platform, use the credentials supplied to you by your account administrator. If you do not have credentials, contact your account administrator for assistance.

As a user, to change your existing password, use the ‘Reset Password’ functionality. It is important to note that, for the 'Reset Password' functionality to work, a password must already be set by you or your administrator.

You can reset your password by following these instructions:

  1. Click the Need Help Logging In? link and choose Reset Password
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click the Reset button in the email and follow the prompts. For additional information, see page 1 of this guide.
